Scheduling your ride is a breeze! You can book online or give us a call. Our helpful team is ready to assist with any special requests or accommodations you might need.

Rates
To cancel a reservation, call or text (979) 422-5171. For a full refund, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours forfeit the full refund. Trips are considered a "no show" if canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
WAIT TIME POLICY
We are happy to wait during your appointment as long as we are informed at the time of your reservation
Wait Time: $0.50 per minute.
To avoid further complications, please notify us as soon as possible if you or your loved one will not be keeping the scheduled reservation.
If a trip is missed, it is considered a "no show." In addition to the applicable pickup fee, a "no show" will be charged for the mileage, which is non-refundable.
Please note that our rates may vary based on factors such as distance, duration, and specific requirements. For a personalized quote or to inquire about rates for your specific needs, please contact us directly.
Additional Passengers: A $10 fee for each additional passenger (excluding one caregiver).
Weekend Transport: A $40 fee. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deadhead Miles: A $1.00 per mile will apply for deadhead travels (the distance traveled without a passenger) beyond 30 miles.
GRACE PERIOD
We offer a 10-minute grace period for each trip. Requested wait times are an exception. After 10 minutes without communication, the trip may be considered a "no-show." If our schedule allows, we can wait more than 10 minutes, but there will be a charge of $1.00 per minute up to our maximum wait of 30 minutes. Should we need to reschedule your trip, an additional pickup fee will apply.
